  – A CF (compact flash) card stores the project files.

Optional Compact Flash card is necessary to store user data, and device algorithm in stand-alone operation. For most operations, XELTEK recommends the 256MB size.

Warranty Support:

A Standard 1-Year Warranty is included with purchase of SuperPro 5000, which covers device update, repair, and FedEx GND shipping back to customer.

Programmer is warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. After the one-year warranty period expires, XELTEK charges $249 for repairing SuperPro 5000 Programmer. Online Technical Support is also available 24 hours or you may call during our business hours Monday through Friday 7:30AM-12:00PM & 1:00PM - 4:30PM (PST).
